Customising DiveData

When a member pays their subscription you should mark it paid by selecting it and clicking the Edit button on the branch subscriptions form.

Click the Paid check box and the Date Paid field will be auto-completed with the current date and the Amount Paid field with the expected amount. If either of these values is wrong then you can correct them.

Press the Save button to save the payment back to the database.

If this payment is the last instalment in a given subscription then Dive Data 2000 will ask you whether you want to create a follow-up subscription for the next year. Answer Yes to do so.
