The Operations Centre is the starting point in Dive Data 2000. From here you can move to various screens allowing you to deal with membership records, training, dive logs and diving equipment. These screens are loaded either by clicking the buttons on the toolbar at the top of the screen. There are also screens to manage supporting information such as membership subscriptions, dive locations or training courses and these are selected from the Resources menu.

The Operations Centre has two panels of information. The left-hand tab displays branch information, allowing you to select your branch and perform actions on groups of divers. The right hand tab displays a list of the members of your branch and allows you to work with information about one diver at a time. As a general rule, the branch tab provides summary information whereas the diver tab allows you to store very detailed information.
