This software is protected by both United Kingdom copyright law and International Treaty provisions.

This software may be used by any number of people and may be freely moved from one computer to another providing it is only used to support a single branch’s records database. Records are stored in a database file DiveData2000.mdb.

It is acceptable to install the DiveData 2000 program on different branch officers’ PCs and then share a single DiveData2000.mdb file by copying it between PCs. One such installation should be designated the master copy and all other installations considered reference only copies, as they will be overwritten when the master copy is next shared.

If a branch wishes to maintain multiple, independent, databases containing different information (e.g. training records in one DiveData2000.mdb file and membership records in a different DiveData2000.mdb file) then a separate license is required for each database.
