Once the Operation Centre displays, follow these steps to get up and running
quickly. If you get stuck, more detailed information is available in later
chapters.
1. Locate your branch
 | Click the Branch Details tab |
 | Drill down the tree control through Agency (e.g. BSAC), Country, County
until you find your branch. If it isn’t listed then click the New Branch
button. |
2. Check your branch details are correct
 | Click the Edit Branch button to make any necessary changes. |
3. Set up Subscriptions
 | On the Resources menu, click Subscription Management |
 | Create subscriptions for your branch by clicking the New button and
filling in the details of each subscription. |
 | Agency subscriptions should already be in the database, but new
membership types may have been introduced or prices increased. Check that
the details are correct. |
4. Enter Members
 | Click the Members’ Details tab |
 | Click the New Diver button |
 | Follow the prompts in the New Divers Wizard to enter the member’s
details |
 | Repeat for each branch member |
Once you have completed these steps you will have a basic membership database
containing contact details and subscription information. Use the Training, Dive
Log, Equipment and Subscription buttons to manage this information for each
diver if you wish.
