Click the New button on the branch subscriptions form to set up a new subscription for a diving member. The Create Subscription form is then shown

The Create Subscription wizard defaults to the current member, if you want to create a subscription for a different member then click the previous arrow to move back to a list of branch members.

Select an Agency from the list in the top left of the form. The list in the bottom left will display all available Subscriptions for that agency. Select the subscription. The Date Due field will default to the first of the current month. If that is not correct then edit the date.

Often when setting up a new subscription the member will have already paid. For example, when someone joins the branch you will usually take a cheque from him or her along with their application forms. If this is the case then click the First Instalment Paid check box. Dive Data 2000 will then create the subscriptions and mark the first instalment paid, if there is only one instalment a year then you will be prompted to create a follow-up instalment for a year later.
